SHIPPING & RETURNS
TOWELZIES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns of goods for a period 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since the date of purchase of those goods, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be acceptable for return, the goods must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
They must be in unopened original packaging to ensure health and hygiene requirements have not been compromised.
Any goods that are damaged, not in their original condition, or have missing product for reasons not due to an error on our behalf, cannot be returned.

or phone (0800 588838) and let us know the date of purchase and your contact details.
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will advise you by email that we have received the returned goods, and we will confirm the refund.
A credit will be applied to your credit card or paid directly to your bank account.
Please note that credit card refunds take a few days to appear on your account.
The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned goods, shipping costs are non-refundable.
